Comments after the fifth match of the season

Congratulations to Salisbury for hosting their first meeting for the Hampshire League, and our thanks for a well organised and friendly meeting.

Congratulations also to all our champions for the 2008/9 season and many thanks to Mike Gratton, our sponsor, for making the presentations.

John Popplewell

Here it all is then! I have spent some time typing out the cumulative positions for each of the age groups. This is to hopefully please those of my critics who say that I don't tell them overall results. My program does not do that, I have to do it manually. I wouldn't usually mind, but I was supposed to be packing to go away EARLY the next morning. I hope therefore, that I have pleased those people who would like to know.

Thank you Salisbury AC for the day, and those Team Managers who got the results envelopes to me via John. I will not be in the country for the next week, so any complaints will have to wait until I get back! Thank you too, to the people who complimented me on the results, it does make one appreciated.
