In the first race of the day, Harvey Dixon just missed out on a medal, finishing fourth in the Under 20 Men's race. Next, in the Under 13 Boys' race, Jack Boswell claimed Hampshire's first medal, finishing three seconds behind the first two runners as they sprinted for the line.
In the Senior Women's race, Steph Twell achieved Hampshire's best individual result of the day taking the silver medal after battling with Leicestershire's Gemma Steel for most of the way. And the Women's team retained the team title, thanks to four finishers in the first 16.
In the fourth race, consistent finishing earned Hampshire's next medals as the Under 15 Boys' team took second place.
Steady team performances in the next few races saw Hampshire finishing in the top ten positions, the best individual results being Jess Chen's fourth place in the Under 20 Women's, Toby Smith and Harrison Curling finishing sixth and seventh in the Under 17 Men's, and last year's Under 13 Girls' champion Katie Rowe finishing eighth in the Under 15's this time around.
Hampshire's last medals came in the final race as the Senior Men took silver position in the 9-to-score team competition.
